Young Thug is making it clear he’s saving all his likes for just one person.
On Monday, the 2025 ComplexCon headliner took to X to share a message directed at a woman he simply called “mommy.”
“I’ll never like another bitch photo but yours mommy,” Thug posted, sparking a flood of reactions from fans—many of whom quickly shifted gears to ask about his highly anticipated new album.
Though Young Thug didn’t drop any names, fans believe the “mommy” he mentioned is likely Mariah the Scientist, who he’s been linked to for a while now.
Back in June, the duo appeared on GQ’s The Couples Quiz, where Thug jokingly revealed that Mariah “stood me up” on what was supposed to be their first date.
UY Scuti, Young Thug’s upcoming fourth studio album, is on the way. In April, he officially launched the new era by telling fans, “It’s time,” and linking to a special site for the project.
Among the preorder options was a boxed set named after his attorney, Brian Steel—the lawyer who’s been representing him in his Georgia case.
Thug also gave Steel a shoutout on X, simply posting, “Brian Steel.”
2025 is shaping up to be a major year for Young Thug, with a new album on the horizon and a headlining slot at ComplexCon.
