Judge Says It Seems ‘Virtually Certain’ Druski Was in Georgia at Time of Alleged Assault

A judge has determined it’s “virtually certain” that Druski was in Georgia—not California—on the day he was accused of being involved in a 2018 sexual assault alongside Sean “Diddy” Combs and Odell Beckham Jr.

On Wednesday, U.S. District Judge Rita Lin acknowledged there was “a reasonable factual basis” for including Druski in Ashley Parham’s amended lawsuit, but ultimately cited strong evidence showing he wasn’t in Orinda, California, at the time of the alleged incident.

Druski quickly denied the claim on X, slamming it as “a fabricated lie,” and explaining that back in March 2018, he was “broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry.”

To back up his statement, Druski submitted bank records showing his account held just 91 cents as of April 9, 2018, and phone logs revealing that all 16 calls he made that day were to or from Georgia numbers.

Judge Lin referenced those records in her decision, concluding that Druski was indeed in Georgia when the alleged assault took place.

The court will now proceed with Druski’s motion for sanctions—essentially seeking compensation for attorney fees and court costs—against Parham and her legal team. A hearing on the matter is scheduled for July 8.
