YK Osiris gave fans a glimpse into his current state with a candid photo and message.
Taking to his Instagram Story, the singer shared a close-up of his face with the caption, “Mannn I’m going through it.” While he didn’t give any details, the photo speaks volumes — visible bags under his eyes and a deep frown suggest he’s either physically drained or possibly dealing with an allergic reaction.

There’s a chance YK Osiris’ latest post might not just be about emotional struggles — it could also tie into his journey in the boxing world. Over the past few years, Osiris has stepped into the ring for a few headline-grabbing matches, the most recent being his April bout against streamer Scam Likely, which he lost by unanimous decision.
Despite the loss, Osiris remained upbeat afterward, jumping on social media to share his gratitude. “I just want to say I appreciate everybody, I love y’all, for the support,” he said. “I was tired as hell, man… But I got through it… Salute to bruh… Great boxer.”
Later that month, during a stream with Lil Rodney Son, Osiris opened up about why he hasn’t released new music since last year. “I’m not scared to fail, I’m scared of humiliation,” he admitted.
This isn’t the first time the singer has revealed the weight he’s been carrying. Back in 2022, fans grew worried after Osiris posted a video from his car in Los Angeles, venting about his struggles. He revealed that he was no longer close with Drake and Lil Baby, saying, “You can’t use Drake with me, you can’t use Lil Baby, ’cause they don’t fuck with me no more.”
The video took an even darker turn as Osiris admitted to having thoughts of self-harm. “I want to just leave this Earth,” he said. “I can’t even see my kids. People look at me as a clown… I haven’t even performed in fucking two years… I get why they don’t fuck with me.”
Despite the pain, Osiris showed moments of vulnerability and hope, giving money to people on the street and expressing a simple wish: “I just want to be happy.”
He also reflected on hurtful words from his child’s mother, who he says often told him no one believed in him anymore — words he admitted he’s starting to believe.
