50 Cent celebrated turning 50 by looking back on his rise to fame in a powerful, AI-crafted video.
The rapper took to Instagram to share a visual tribute that used AI to transition through different stages of his life — from childhood to his teenage years and into the height of his music career.
The montage included iconic moments from his music videos like “In Da Club,” “Candy Shop,” and “I Get Money,” as well as clips of him playing Kanan in Power and his unforgettable performance at the Super Bowl.

50 Cent didn’t stop at just a nostalgic birthday video — he also dropped some major news for fans. On his big day, the rap mogul announced the launch of the 50 Cent Action channel on Pluto TV.
Created in partnership with Lionsgate, the new channel offers a free lineup of action-packed movies and series, all handpicked by Fif himself. To kick things off, the channel debuted with a special Curtis Collection featuring films starring 50, including Fire with Fire, Freelancers, Set Up, Righteous Kill, Caught in the Crossfire, and Blood Out.
It’s a fitting way to celebrate 50 years — with a little action and a whole lot of legacy.
“I’m excited to bring 50 Cent Action to Pluto TV. Building on the channel’s success, this is the next big step — and launching on my birthday makes it even bigger,” 50 Cent said in a statement. “I’ve partnered with Lionsgate to deliver nonstop, high-powered entertainment, and now even more fans can watch for free.”
The launch of his new channel is just the latest example of Fif’s unstoppable momentum. But with all the wins, he’s still aware of the downside that can come with success.
The rapper recently took to Instagram with a close-up photo and a caption that hinted at the price of his achievements. “Someone asked me if I have more enemies than friends. I thought about it and said yes, poor me I’m suffering from success. LOL,” he wrote — making it clear that he’s unbothered by solitude and fully aware of the cost of staying on top.
