Kanye West’s Rep Shuts Down Former Assistant’s Sex Trafficking and Assault Lawsuit: ‘Fantasy Fiction’

Ye’s team is firing back at explosive allegations made by former assistant Lauren Pisciotta, calling her amended lawsuit “fantasy fiction.”

In a statement shared with Complex, a rep for Yeezy slammed Pisciotta’s revised complaint, the fourth version she’s filed. “Each new revision contradicts the others; each is more absurd and outlandish than all previous claims combined,” the rep said. “Does Ms. Pisciotta actually believe her confabulations? We cannot know. But this breathless new installment of fantasy fiction discredits all past, present and future testimony.”

The spokesperson didn’t hold back, adding, “The Courts are no place to indulge delusions and mental disturbances. We stand ready to annihilate Ms. Pisciotta’s tall tales before a jury—an exoneration so inevitable that even she, lost in her fog of fantasy, must surely see it coming.”

Milo Yiannopoulos, speaking on behalf of Ye and his family, also called the claims “self-evidently absurd,” and painted Pisciotta as a “fantasist,” alleging she once demanded a diamond-encrusted crocodile Hermès Birkin bag “in exchange for a single act of fellatio.”

Pisciotta’s amended complaint, filed July 8, accuses Ye of serious misconduct—including sexual harassment, assault, battery, sex trafficking, false imprisonment, and emotional abuse—during her time as his assistant and later chief of staff, from July 2021 to October 2022.

The lawsuit claims Ye raped her orally without consent and attempted vaginal penetration with his fingers, all while she was employed. She says she moved to Florida in an effort to escape the behavior, but alleges the harassment continued through actions like swatting.

Her attorney, Arick Fudali of The Bloom Firm, recently addressed Ye’s troubling social media posts with Complex, pointing to a tweet in which he allegedly admitted to hitting women.

“I’ve represented alleged victims against a lot of very high profile people… I have never, in my entire career, seen a defendant tweet out admissions to the case in the middle of litigation and discovery,” Fudali said. “This is absolutely a new one.”
