Post Malone just scored a major win in his California custody battle.
According to TMZ, the rapper’s ex-girlfriend Hee Sung “Jamie” Park has officially dropped her request for physical custody of their daughter in California, just over three months after initially filing the paperwork.
This comes after Malone filed his own custody case in Utah on April 14, 2025—days before Park submitted hers in Los Angeles. His case remains active, and all signs point to him continuing to pursue it.
Sources told TMZ that Park’s sudden move to California and custody filing raised suspicions, especially since the state allows for higher child support payments. Some believed the move was financially motivated. Malone’s attorney, Laura Wassar, filed to have the California case tossed out back in May.
Park’s original request sought joint legal custody and visitation rights for Malone, but she wanted to keep primary physical custody of their child. Meanwhile, details of Malone’s Utah filing remain under seal.
The Grammy winner has always kept his personal life private, so fans were surprised to learn about his family. On an episode of Call Her Daddy with Alex Cooper, he revealed he first proposed to Park during a wild night in Vegas in 2021. She told him to “ask me tomorrow.” He did—this time sober—and she said yes.
Malone later announced the birth of their daughter during a June 2022 appearance on The Howard Stern Show, catching even Stern off guard.
Post Malone has kept quiet about his breakup with Hee Sung “Jamie” Park, but TMZ previously shared a TikTok clip from March 2025 showing him out with another woman, identified as Christy Lee. The outlet also published photos of the two grabbing dinner together in Rome back in January 2025.
