Sharon Osbourne has responded to the outpouring of love following the Ozzy Osbourne tribute after his passing.

Ozzy Osbourne’s family is still grieving the loss of the rock icon, but they’re feeling the love from fans and friends honoring his legacy.

Gavin Rossdale was among the first to pay tribute, posting a heartfelt message just hours after Ozzy’s passing. Alongside a photo of the two together, he wrote, “RIP OZZY – a great man – a true legend – i met ozzy through jack just a few times but he was so warm and kind and funny and i love that memory. sending much love to his family at this difficult time. Rest in power.”

Sharon Osbourne, who had remained quiet since the family’s heartbreaking announcement, broke her silence with a simple yet touching comment on Gavin Rossdale’s tribute post, writing, “Bless You.”

The Osbourne family shared the devastating news on July 22: “It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time.”

The announcement rocked the music world, sparking a global wave of tributes honoring the Prince of Darkness and his legendary impact on rock history.

Ozzy was 76 at the time of his death but gave fans one final, unforgettable performance just two weeks prior. On July 5, he took the stage—seated on a throne due to his battle with Parkinson’s Disease—for the Back to the Beginning concert at Villa Park in Aston, Birmingham, not far from where Black Sabbath first came together in 1968.

The star-studded night featured performances from rock giants like Guns N’ Roses, Metallica, and Slayer before Ozzy’s powerful set, where he delivered classics like “Crazy Train,” “Mama I’m Coming Home,” “War Pigs,” and “Iron Man.”
