Beyoncé and Kendrick Lamar bring major energy to the brand-new trailer for Leonardo DiCaprio’s upcoming film, One Battle After Another.
Their powerful 2016 track “Freedom” from Beyoncé’s Lemonade sets the tone for the action-packed teaser, fueling the intensity of the scenes.
According to IndieWire, DiCaprio stars as Bob Ferguson, a former revolutionary now going by the name “Ghetto Pat” and living off the grid. The story follows the revival of the French 75, a disbanded radical group called back into action when an old threat resurfaces.
Chase Infiniti steps into the role of Ferguson’s daughter, a rising activist playing a key part in the group’s resurgence.
The star-studded cast also features Benicio del Toro, Regina Hall, Teyana Taylor, and Sean Penn, who takes on the role of the group’s white supremacist enemy, Col. Steven J. Lockjaw.
Directed by Paul Thomas Anderson, the film comes from Warner Bros. Pictures and Ghoulardi Film Company, with music by frequent Anderson collaborator Jonny Greenwood.
One Battle After Another storms into theaters on September 26, 2025.
