Diddy’s X account was suddenly active for the first time since the end of his trial, but the post didn’t last long.
The disgraced music mogul’s account shared a single emoji with no explanation and set it so only tagged users could see it. Moments later, the post was deleted, leaving fans scratching their heads over the mysterious update.
Before that brief post, Diddy’s last activity on X was back on May 17, when he shared a family photo with his six children.
Earlier this month, reports revealed that Diddy is currently enrolled in a drug abuse program and therapy while behind bars. Sources “close to the situation” told TMZ he’s participating in multiple programs, including one focused on preventing domestic violence.
While Diddy was recently convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution in his federal sex trafficking case, he scored a partial legal win in a separate sexual assault lawsuit.
On July 8, New York State Supreme Court Justice Leslie Stroh ruled to narrow the scope of the civil suit filed in May by April Lambros. In the suit, Lambros accused Diddy of sexual assault and battery, detailing four alleged incidents: rape in 1995, sexual assault in 1996, coerced sexual performance and rape in 1998, and sexual assault at her apartment in late 2000 or early 2001.
Court documents obtained by Complex show that Stroh sided with Diddy’s legal team in dismissing any claims tied to alleged incidents before December 19, 2000 — the date the Gender-Motivated Violence Act took effect in New York City.
