YouTuber Milagro Gramz Ordered to Pay Megan Thee Stallion’s Legal Team $5,000

YouTuber Milagro Gramz has been ordered to cough up $5,000 to cover Megan Thee Stallion’s legal fees.

According to legal documents obtained by Complex, a federal judge in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida ruled that Gramz, whose real name is Milagro Elizabeth Cooper, must pay the rapper’s attorneys for costs tied to forcing the disclosure of Cooper’s text messages and other possible evidence.

Megan’s lawyers believe that some important texts and WhatsApp messages may have been tampered with, but the judge has yet to rule on that issue.

The rapper’s legal team claimed that Gramz missed the May 27 deadline to provide digital records that included her private messages and metadata that are connected to her public accusations. Despite the formal requests, her lawyers claim that Gramz has not submitted anything to them.

They’re also seeking for the court to compel immediate compliance and waive any objections that the blogger could raise.

Megan’s lawsuit against Milagro for engaging in an alleged “campaign of harassment” against the rapper was filed last year.

“It’s time to hold bloggers accountable for years of harassment, cyberbullying, and the publication of misinformation about my personal and professional life,” Megan said in a statement when she announced the lawsuit. “I’ve endured countless attacks on my character based on false narratives from social media bloggers misrepresenting themselves as journalists. It’s unacceptable behavior and these individuals need to understand there will be repercussions for recklessly posting lies and defamatory falsehoods.”

In her lawsuit, Megan accuses Gramz, whom she’s referred to as a “mouthpiece” for Tory Lanez, of intentionally causing her emotional distress through promoting and sharing a deep fake pornography video of her, questioning if Lanez actually shot her, and cyberstalking.

Gramz was ordered by the judge to stop speaking publicly about the case in June.
