Sean “Diddy” Combs has been denied bail once again as he awaits sentencing on October 3 for two counts of transporting individuals for prostitution.
According to TMZ, Judge Arun Subramanian rejected Diddy’s $50 million bond proposal on Monday, siding with prosecutors in the case.
In a motion filed on July 29, Diddy’s legal team argued that he’s the only person in the U.S. currently jailed for actions involving consensual sex under the Mann Act, calling the situation unprecedented.
