Adin Ross is showing support for TikTok prankster Heston James, who’s currently staring down a possible 9-year prison sentence.

Adin Ross is determined to do whatever it takes to support viral TikToker Heston James, who’s looking at nearly a decade behind bars.

During a recent stream, Ross brought up James’ arrest in Arizona, where he was taken into custody after being linked to multiple pranks involving him pretending to be an employee at various local businesses to stir up viral chaos.

With charges including burglary, disorderly conduct, trespassing, and criminal impersonation—which could land James up to nine years and eight months in jail—Ross made it clear he’s willing to step in and offer his help.

“Here’s my thing, there are people who deserve to go to jail for a long time and they get less than him,” Ross said. “You know what I’m trying to say? Like, 9 years for fucking pranks?”

Ross doubled down on his commitment, saying, “I’m gonna help him, fuck it. Let’s help him out,” he said on stream. “Tell Heston I got him. My lawyer wants to take on this case. We’re gonna get him out of there. I ain’t gonna lie, though. These fees are about to be six figures, but he’s a kid. I’ll do it.”

Meanwhile, Tempe police officer Jessica Ells spoke to AZ Family about the seriousness of James’ charges, explaining, “These videos are definitely not pranks. They are crossing the line from something that’s fun and playful into criminal territory. They’re breaking laws. They are going into these businesses and impersonating the employees. That actually is a felony charge.”

Heston James isn’t the only content creator to land in legal hot water lately. Back in December, another prankster, Charles Smith, was arrested after spraying bug killer on food inside a Walmart Supercenter in Mesa, Arizona. He was slapped with a felony for introducing poison, along with charges of criminal damage, theft, and endangerment.
