Kevin Federline is finally telling his side of the story.
The former dancer and DJ — best known for his high-profile marriage to Britney Spears — has announced his upcoming memoir You Thought You Knew.
“This book is deeply personal and raw. I chased my biggest dreams, faced devastating heartbreak, and dealt with constant judgment, all while learning how to be the father my kids needed through some of the most emotionally chaotic times,” Federline shared in a statement. “If you’ve ever wondered about my life, the truth is all in here.”
Set to drop Tuesday, Oct. 21, You Thought You Knew will be released through Listenin, a brand-new audio imprint from Barracuda Baby Production. According to a press release, the memoir will dive into pivotal moments from Federline’s life — from his days dancing for icons like Destiny’s Child and Michael Jackson, to his whirlwind romance and messy breakup with Spears.
Federline and Spears were married from 2004 to 2007 and share two sons: Sean Preston, 19, and Jayden James, 18. He also has two older kids, Kori, 23, and Kaleb, 21, with ex Shar Jackson, and two younger daughters, Jordan, 13, and Peyton, 11, with his current wife, Victoria Prince, whom he married in 2008.
This memoir also marks the first title from Listenin, an audio-first platform focused on real, unfiltered storytelling.
