Kristi Noem Slams South Park’s Depiction of Her as “Lazy” and “Petty”

U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem is firing back at South Park over her portrayal on the show.

Speaking with podcaster Glenn Beck around the 14:50 mark, Noem addressed the episode that depicted her as using Botox, shooting puppies, and arresting anyone she thought was Hispanic.

“It never ends, but it’s so lazy to constantly make fun of women for how they look,” Noem said, adding that she didn’t actually watch the episode because she was “going over budget numbers and stuff.”

“It’s always the liberals and the extremists who do that,” Noem added. “If they wanted to criticize my work, fine—go ahead. But clearly they can’t, so they focus on something petty like that.”

South Park didn’t just target Noem, though. In the same episode, Vice President JD Vance was portrayed as a man-baby who gets pushed around by President Trump. Instead of being offended, Vance seemed to take it in stride, posting online, “Well, I’ve made it.”

Noem and Vance took center stage in the second episode of the show’s 27th season, while President Trump dominated the season premiere. That episode depicted Trump attempting to have sex with Satan, prompting White House spokesperson Taylor Rogers to issue a fiery statement slamming the series.

“The Left’s hypocrisy truly has no end – for years they have attacked South Park for what they called ‘offensive’ content, but now they’re praising it,” Rogers told Variety. “Just like the creators of South Park, the Left has no authentic or original content, which is why their popularity continues to hit record lows.”
