Georgia Rapper T-Hood Dies Following Reported Shooting at His Home

Georgia rapper T-Hood has reportedly been shot and killed at the age of 33.

According to TMZ, Gwinnett County police responded to a reported dispute that escalated into a shooting at his home. First responders provided aid on the scene before rushing him to a nearby hospital, where he later died from his injuries.

Authorities have detained one person in connection with the incident, though the motive remains unclear. The case is being investigated as a homicide.

T-Hood’s death comes just weeks after he posted an Instagram clip promoting his song “Grave Diggerz,” where he appeared in a white sheet with red paint around the eyes, standing in a graveyard.

In the eerie promo clip, T-Hood told viewers, “Hello, are you still alive? We are dead down at the cemetery. Come down to the cemetery, I have a spot for you. All you have to do is die. Just die today. You die today, you get to come and play—come on down.”

Following news of his death, T-Hood’s producer, Deddotwill, shared his grief on Instagram, writing, “We was just on the phone all day I cant believe you are gone.”

The rapper’s final release, “Girls in The Party,” dropped on May 12.
