Liam Neeson is completely stumped by the internet’s latest obsession.
In a chat with Fox News, the 73-year-old actor was shown a photo of the viral Chinese plush dolls known as Labubu — and had no idea what he was looking at.
“I have no clue, no,” he said with a puzzled expression. “Seriously, I don’t know.” When told it was a Labubu, he looked even more confused. “Okay,” he replied, still bemused. “It’s a fluffy doll. Or, can you eat it?”
The Irish actor and The Naked Gun star might not be sold on the Labubu craze, but plenty of other celebrities are embracing it. Megan Thee Stallion is among the most notable fans, sharing a video last month showing off part of her growing collection.
Still, Neeson has plenty to smile about — plush dolls or not. The Naked Gun has been earning critical praise, and recent reports say he’s in a relationship with his co-star, Pamela Anderson.
