Ky Frost, the 24-year-old son of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta stars Kirk and Rasheeda Frost, has reportedly been named the prime suspect in the murder of rapper T-Hood, who was fatally shot late last week.
TMZ reports that the late Georgia rapper had been dating the Frosts’ eldest daughter, Kelsie, 30. The two allegedly got into a “domestic dispute” at T-Hood’s home on Friday (August 8), with Ky also believed to have been present. The Gwinnett County Police Department is now investigating the case.
Complex reached out to Gwinnett County PD for confirmation but has yet to receive a response.
Ky and Kelsie have made occasional appearances on LHHATL over the years, both having worked at their parents’ various ventures, including Frost Bistro & Bar.
After news of T-Hood’s death surfaced, Kelsie took to Instagram Stories to push back against “conspiracy theories” about her late boyfriend, saying that being “attacked” was making it impossible for her to properly grieve. She also called out the “weird and sick rumors” suggesting she asked her brothers to kill the rapper.
“I can’t sit back and let the narrative being created go on. The love of my life is GONE,” she wrote, as reported by Bossip. “The man I lay with and cuddle every single night…is no longer here. So as I want to ask for respect and privacy, I won’t because I will always defend my baby. I don’t condone this s**t in any way, shape, form or fashion. I am sick to my stomach. I don’t wish this on anyone.”
In the wake of the tragedy, the Frost family has turned off comments on their Instagram accounts.
