Bobbi Althoff Confirms She’s Dating, Reveals Her Kids Have Already Met Her Boyfriend—But Only as a “Friend”

After two years of being single, Bobbi Althoff is finally sharing details about her new relationship.

The podcaster appeared on the Tuesday (Aug. 19) episode of Nick Cannon’s Wondery podcast Nick Cannon @ Night, where she confirmed—about 21 minutes in—that she’s been dating someone for the past three months. The news comes more than a year after her split from ex-husband Cory Althoff. The former couple share two daughters, ages 2 and 4.

During the show, an audience member asked Cannon if he followed the 28-year-old on TikTok, pointing out a clip of Althoff with her boyfriend, whose face was kept hidden.

“Come on. I mean, I do,” Cannon, 44, replied. “I don’t know what’s content and like what’s—”

“I wouldn’t post a fake relationship,” Althoff shot back.

Althoff admitted she feels like she meets “everyone on Instagram” since she doesn’t really “go outside.” Still, it was through a mutual connection that her new boyfriend reached out. The two spent two weeks talking online before finally meeting in person.

She also revealed that her daughters have already met him, though they only know him as their mom’s “friend.”

“Well, I didn’t introduce like any of the other people where it was more casual that I was talking to,” she explained. “But once it was serious, and it was someone who I wanted to be in my life every day. But to this day, they still think he’s just a friend of mine.

“I’m not, like, kissing in front of them or anything,” she added. “Like, they think it’s just a friend they’re meeting. And I have male friends who are around all the time.”

According to Althoff, her partner “really loves” her kids and is “amazing” when spending time with them.

Earlier this year, in February, Althoff finalized her divorce from ex-husband Cory Althoff, with the two agreeing on joint custody of their daughters. At the time, she posted a heartfelt message on Instagram about their co-parenting journey.

“Our girls are so lucky to have him as a father & I am so lucky to be able to coparent with such an incredible father and person,” she wrote. “While our relationship did not work out as husband and wife, we will always be friends and I will always love him.”
