Lil Nas X was seen stripping down and streaking just before his arrest earlier this week — and the moment was caught on camera.
In the early hours of Thursday (August 21), the Dreamboy star was spotted on Ventura Boulevard in downtown Los Angeles wearing nothing but cowboy boots and underwear around 4 a.m. The two-time Grammy winner was taken to a local hospital for evaluation after a possible overdose, then arrested for battery on a police officer and hit with a misdemeanor charge.
TMZ later shared fresh footage from the incident, showing the 26-year-old completely naked as he walked through the street, rapping Nicki Minaj’s verse from “Monster.”
At one point, Lil Nas X locked eyes with a nearby driver and walked up to their car before they quickly pulled away. The incident was reported to LAPD, who arrested the rapper following his hospital evaluation. He’s expected to remain in custody until Monday (August 25).
Not long after his arrest, a video surfaced showing Nas telling a passerby filming him, “Go ahead, babe,” before threatening to snatch their phone.
Meanwhile, someone’s looking to cash in on the chaos — the cowboy boots he wore before the arrest have popped up on eBay, with bids starting at $10,000.
Earlier this year, the “Industry Baby” star was also hospitalized due to facial paralysis.
