Camila Cabello has shared her reaction to Fifth Harmony’s surprise reunion.
The 28-year-old singer, who left the group in late 2016, dropped four red heart emojis in the comments of Fifth Harmony’s Instagram post.
The reunion happened during the Jonas Brothers’ Greetings from Your Hometown Tour stop in Dallas on Sunday (Aug. 31).

“Where were you on August 31, 2025? Thank you @jonasbrothers for having us. Felt amazing to be back,” Fifth Harmony captioned their post.
The reunion brought together Lauren Jauregui, Dinah Jane, Normani Kordei, and Ally Brooke, who performed fan favorites “Worth It” and “Work from Home” — notably without Camila Cabello. (She was headlining her Yours, C Tour in Sydney that same night.)
Back in May, The Hollywood Reporter revealed that the group was in talks for a formal reunion, though multiple sources confirmed Cabello wouldn’t be part of those plans.
Originally formed on the U.S. version of The X Factor in 2012, Fifth Harmony rose to become one of the decade’s top-selling girl groups, delivering platinum-certified albums Reflection and 7/27.
Cabello parted ways with Fifth Harmony in 2016 to pursue her solo career, while the remaining members dropped their self-titled 2017 album, which featured singles like “Down” with Gucci Mane, “Angel,” and “He Like That.”
By the following year, the group announced an indefinite hiatus as each member shifted focus to solo ventures.
Cabello went on to score massive hits with “Havana” featuring Young Thug, “Señorita” with Shawn Mendes, and “My Oh My” featuring DaBaby. Normani also carved out her own lane, releasing her long-awaited debut album Dopamine in June and landing chart-toppers like “Motivation,” “Wild Side” with Cardi B, and “Love Lies” alongside Khalid.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Fifth Harmony is gearing up for a 2026 comeback to celebrate the 10th anniversary of their 7/27 album and its breakout smash “Work From Home.” Plans are said to include a documentary about their reunion and a tour.
