Drake says he’ll walk down the aisle when it truly feels right—until then, the father-of-one is content living the bachelor life.
In his second on-bed interview with Bobbi Althoff—kicking off her new podcast, Not This Again—the divorced mother-of-two asked around the 47-minute mark if he wants to get married.
“What?” Drake replied, caught off guard. “I’d get married here,” he added, nodding to their lakefront room.
After some playful back-and-forth with Drizzy dodging the topic, Althoff pressed him again on the timing. “When that type of connection finds me,” he answered.
When asked whether he’d “come close” to that connection, Drake responded vaguely: “No, nobody believes,” adding he was being “transparent.”
“Who? The girls or the world?” Althoff asked.
“That’s a good album title. The girls of the world. Like, which one?” he joked.
Getting a bit more serious, Drake said he needs “someone who deeply appreciates the fact that I try really hard.”
Althoff circled back to ask about his ideal physical type, and he joked that he doesn’t think the “world is ready to accept what I feel like is my partner.”
“It’s like some like tweaked out like goth kind of like tatted all over,” he said of his dream woman, noting he finds them at Comic-Con.
“I really feel like my destiny is to end up with like a goth baddie,” Drake added, saying she’d have an O bra size and be “funny.”
He’s taken a few swings at love before, dating Serena Williams, Rihanna, Tyra Banks, and Sophie Brussaux, the mother of his 7-year-old Adonis Graham.
