6ix9ine Faces Arraignment Over “Additional Alleged Violations” of Supervised Release

6ix9ine is set to be arraigned on “additional alleged violations” of his supervised release, according to newly filed court documents.

The filing, reviewed by Complex, ties back to the government’s case against the Leyenda Viva rapper, who pleaded guilty in July to possessing MDMA and cocaine after a raid at his Florida home earlier this year. New York judge Paul A. Engelmayer wrote that 6ix9ine will face “new specifications” later this month.

“The Court, at the parties’ request, adjourns the present deadlines for sentencing submissions in this case, in light of the parties’ expectation that defendant Daniel Hernandez will be arraigned on new specification(s) with respect to additional alleged violation(s) of violations of supervised release,” Engelmayer wrote in the Sept. 11 order. The arraignment is scheduled for Sept. 25, 2025, at 11 a.m.

Back in July, Engelmayer had warned 6ix9ine that any future slip-ups “will be severe,” while his attorney, Lance Lazzaro, claimed his client was “in full compliance.”

6ix9ine’s legal troubles date back to his 2018 arrest on racketeering and weapons charges in the Nine Trey case. He ultimately pled guilty and cooperated, receiving a 24-month sentence before being released early to home confinement.

Most recently, the rapper made waves for weighing in on the leaked interrogation audio of Young Thug.
