Ariana Grande is gearing up for her big return to the road next year, but some of her fans have been left disappointed in the ticket scramble.
The “Twilight Zone” singer recently announced her Eternal Sunshine Tour, her first in seven years. But when pre-sale opened this week, Ticketmaster queues were packed, leaving many Arianators stuck in line only to find tickets gone once they finally got through. Adding to the frustration, resellers swooped in and began flipping tickets at sky-high prices.
On Saturday, Sept. 13, Grande took to her Instagram Story to call out resellers and reassure fans that she and her team are actively working on the issue.
“hi my angels,” Ariana wrote. “i’ve been on set all week but i wanted to let you know that what’s happening with secondary ticket resellers has been brought to my attention and of course it really bothers me. i’ve been on the phone every free moment trying to fight for a solution.”
Grande is currently filming Focker In-Law while preparing for the Wicked: For Good press run, all while mapping out the Eternal Sunshine Tour and ensuring her fans won’t miss out because of resellers.
“i hear you and hopefully we’ll be able to get more of these tickets into your hands instead of theirs,” she added. “it’s not right. i just wanted you to know that my team and i see it, i care deeply, and we’re doing everything possible.”
She wrapped up with a heartfelt note to fans: “i love you all so much and thank you for your patience and understanding.”
Grande dropped her seventh studio album Eternal Sunshine in March 2024, followed by a deluxe edition a year later alongside a short film, Brighter Days Ahead. Earlier this month, the project scored Video of the Year at the 2025 MTV VMAs.
The Eternal Sunshine Tour kicks off in Oakland, California, in June 2026, running through August before closing in London, England.
