Megan Thee Stallion Pushes Milagro Gramz Into Extended Deposition Ahead of Approaching Trial Date

Megan Thee Stallion has secured more deposition time with vlogger Milagro Gramz as their defamation trial draws closer.

According to court documents obtained by Complex, Megan’s attorneys were granted an additional two-hour deposition with Gramz, whose real name is Milagro Elizabeth Cooper. The follow-up session will focus on documents Gramz handed over to Megan’s legal team after her initial deposition on July 21.

The three-time Grammy winner, born Megan Pete, accuses Cooper of spreading false narratives about the Tory Lanez shooting trial—where Lanez was found guilty of shooting Megan. In filings, Megan’s side claims Cooper worked with Lanez’s father, Sonstar Peterson, and was paid thousands to circulate misleading information about the case.

Last year, Megan publicly called out Cooper for leading what she described as a “campaign of harassment,” even alleging that Cooper encouraged her followers to watch deepfake porn of her.

“It’s time to hold bloggers accountable for years of harassment, cyberbullying, and the publication of misinformation about my personal and professional life,” Megan said in a statement regarding the lawsuit.

Earlier this summer, Cooper was ordered to cover $5,000 in legal fees for Megan’s attorneys after being compelled to turn over messages with Peterson and other evidence.

The witness list for the upcoming trial includes former rapper and podcaster Joe Budden, as well as Kylie Jenner—who hosted the Hollywood party that Megan, Tory Lanez, and Megan’s former friend Kelsey Harris attended just before the shooting.
