Cardi B’s Instagram Live turned into pure comedy thanks to her daughter, Kulture.
Over the weekend, the Bronx star jumped online to hype up her upcoming project, Am I the Drama?, urging fans to support it. But before she could even finish, Kulture hilariously cut in with, “Oh, don’t get her album.”
Cardi’s reaction was instant and priceless. “What you mean don’t buy my album? We won’t be able to get shit. We’re going to live in the hood,” she shot back, her eyes wide as she played up the drama.
She didn’t stop there either — laying out the ‘consequences’ of poor sales. “Ain’t no more toys for y’all. No nice car, nothing. No more Roblox coin, no more Apple, no more Target. […] No more crab. I think I ate crab in my childhood, like three times,” she said, milking the moment for laughs.
Even with Kulture’s playful sabotage, Am I the Drama? is still locked in for release on September 19 — marking Cardi B’s first full-length project since her 2018 debut Invasion of Privacy.
In the years since, she’s kept fans fed with massive singles like “WAP” featuring Megan Thee Stallion and the chart-topping “Up,” but she’s also been open about pushing back her sophomore album to make sure it hits the mark.
Cardi has teased that the project will balance fierce rap anthems with more vulnerable tracks inspired by her journey as a mom, wife, and international star. She’s also dropped hints about major collaborations across rap and R&B, though the official tracklist remains a mystery for now.
