Justin Bieber laced up for The League this week, helping his team lock in a win with some key buckets.
On Thursday (Sept. 25), the pop star suited up for his SKYLRK clothing brand squad in a celebrity basketball showcase at SRGN Studios in Los Angeles. He wasted no time, dropping a quick two points against his former team, Nahmias, before checking out after about two and a half minutes, setting the tone early for his side.
In the second half, Bieber nearly pulled off the highlight of the night with an AND1-style move that got the crowd buzzing—though the ball slipped from his hands. Moments later, he redeemed himself by draining a smooth mid-range jumper that had the gym rocking again.
Later in the game, Bieber knocked down a deep two-pointer that sealed the 93-74 victory for his team. The moment capped off a strong night for him, coming just after selling out two Coachella dates and now helping his SKYLRK squad take the win.
Earlier this month, Bieber opened up about the inspiration behind SKYLRK, saying the brand reflects his closest relationships.
“I would love to say @skylrk is a result of all of our hard work and intentionality. But if I’m honest, I think this company is just a reflection of my intimate relationships,” he captioned a post.
“Where we seek to understand each other is sensitive to what each other is going through. People love to separate work life and love life. I believe there’s one life. And it’s a love life.”
The win also follows Bieber’s second 2025 album, SWAG II, which dropped on Sept. 5. In a cheeky promo after its release, he joked about product tie-ins: “This ain’t no bundle scandal.”
