Lil Uzi Vert and Jadakiss Pull Up to Bar Mitzvah for Celebrity Jeweler’s Son

Jadakiss and Lil Uzi Vert brought major star power to the Bar Mitzvah of celebrity jeweler Alex Todd’s son — and turned the celebration into a full-blown concert.

On Oct. 4, the rap icons hit the stage at the lavish event for Jaden Todd, held at New York City’s Angel Orensanz Foundation. Jaden’s father, Alex Todd, is a well-known jeweler whose high-profile clients include Jay-Z and Rihanna.

Clips from the night shared on Alex’s Instagram Stories show both rappers lighting up the stage. Uzi had the crowd jumping as he performed his hit “Money Longer,” while Jadakiss hyped the room with his timeless anthem “We Gonna Make It.”

Jaden’s unforgettable Bar Mitzvah celebration was a reflection of the incredible success his father, Alex Todd, has built over the years. The Brooklyn-born celebrity jeweler is known for crafting luxury pieces and watches for some of the biggest names in entertainment. One standout creation—a custom Richard Mille watch for Jay-Z—reportedly took about 3,000 hours to complete.

But Alex’s ventures go beyond fine jewelry. In 2019, he teamed up with rapper Jim Jones to launch Saucey Farms and Extracts, a cannabis brand that later secured a distribution partnership with Jay-Z’s The Parent Company.

In a statement to Complex, Alex credited his lifelong appreciation for cannabis and its benefits as key to the brand’s mission. “I’ve always considered myself to be a cannabis connoisseur and an advocate for the plant’s healing power, so I’m thrilled to finally launch Saucey Extracts and bring this passion project to market,” he said. “We’re committed to offering high-quality cannabis for a wide range of adult consumers, from novice users to veteran aficionados.”

Jim Jones echoed the sentiment, explaining why the partnership made perfect sense. “I smoke the best, so it only made sense that I partner with the best,” he said. “The way people look at cannabis culture is changing—there’s a lot of medical and creative benefits to these plants—so there’s an opportunity for us to do something special with Saucey Extracts and change the game.”
