Lawyers in the Diddy lawsuit that also names Druski and Odell Beckham Jr. have filed to withdraw from the case.

The legal team handling the Diddy lawsuit involving Druski and Odell Beckham Jr. is stepping away from the case.

According to court documents obtained by Complex, attorneys Shawn R. Perez and Ariel Mitchell—who represented Ashley Parham, Jane Doe, and John Doe—have filed to withdraw, citing “irreconcilable differences.” They explained that their working relationship with the plaintiffs had become “unreasonably difficult,” and noted that they’ve already notified them and given enough time to secure new counsel.

The attorneys also asked the judge to temporarily pause the proceedings so that the plaintiffs’ change in representation doesn’t impact their case.

Parham first filed the lawsuit last October, claiming she was drugged, kidnapped, and assaulted by several people after Diddy allegedly overheard her suggesting he was connected to Tupac Shakur’s 1996 murder. The case was later amended in March to include Druski, Odell Beckham Jr., and others as additional defendants.

Druski responded on social media, denying the claims entirely. “This allegation is a fabricated lie. I wasn’t a public figure in 2018 — I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish,” he wrote.

He continued, “My heart breaks for actual victims of abuse, but I’m fully confident that the evidence will expose this falsehood and the individuals who are maliciously trying to game the legal system to pedal false narratives.”

OBJ also addressed the lawsuit online, writing, “Boy I’ll tell u what. This world makes absolutely no sense. I am covered by God. He will prevail. I kno who am I, I kno who u are, keep ur head. That name will be cleared. Shxts stupid.”

In May, Druski’s attorneys argued that he couldn’t have been involved in the alleged assault since Parham stated she was attacked by two other men. Then, in August, a federal judge determined there was “no reasonable factual basis” to continue including Druski as part of the lawsuit.
