Diddy has been ordered to hand over all property linked to his alleged “freak offs” to the federal government as part of his 50-month prison sentence for violating the Mann Act in connection with his now-notorious sexual encounters.
According to court documents filed Wednesday and obtained by Complex, the Bad Boy founder must forfeit a vast collection of tapes and electronic devices seized during federal raids last year. Among the most talked-about items are a set of video cassettes labeled “Ibiza Tapes,” taken from Diddy’s Miami residence.
The forfeiture agreement — signed by both Diddy and his legal team — includes all evidence gathered in March 2024 during raids on his Miami and Los Angeles homes, as well as items recovered from a Manhattan hotel around the time of his September arrest.
Investigators seized video tapes, hard drives, thumb drives, iPhones, iPads, computers, and other devices, along with $9,000 in cash. Authorities said the materials were “property used or intended to be used” in connection with Diddy’s criminal activity. The items will remain in “secure custody and control” under U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
While the filings don’t detail what’s on the “Ibiza Tapes,” Diddy has visited the island multiple times, including trips with Cassie Ventura — one of the key witnesses in his case. Cassie testified that Diddy would record their “freak offs” and allegedly used the footage to threaten and manipulate her.
Earlier this week, Diddy requested that Judge Arun Subramanian recommend he serve his sentence at FCI Fort Dix, a low-security prison in New Jersey. The judge declined, instead advising that Diddy be held “as close as possible to the New York metropolitan area.”
