Charli XCX got candid about her thoughts on plastic surgery in a new Vanity Fair cover story.
The British pop star admitted she often thinks about changing her looks. “I’m always thinking about how I look and what I would change about my face,” the 33-year-old said, revealing she frequently browses the plastic surgery site RealSelf for ideas.
“I’m fucking thinking about all the shit that I could do and pull and stretch and morph on my face, all the time,” she confessed. “I have to just remind myself that maybe I can’t get too sucked into that.”

Charli XCX revealed she used to get Botox but decided to stop because it was affecting her acting career and limiting her facial expressions.
“I hate this phrase, but what you see is what you get with me,” she told Vanity Fair. “People think it’s all some kind of performance, but it’s not.”
The singer is set to appear in seven upcoming films, including The Moment alongside Alexander Skarsgård and 100 Nights of Hero starring Emma Corrin. She also contributed to the soundtrack for Emerald Fennell’s Wuthering Heights remake, arriving in February.
Following the massive success of her hit album Brat and the viral “Brat summer” movement last year, Charli continued her winning streak in 2025 — marrying The 1975 drummer George Daniel in July and wrapping her sold-out Brat Arena Tour in August.
