Cardi B is counting down the days until she gives birth to her and Stefon Diggs’ first child—and she already has her postpartum plan locked in.
During an X Spaces chat on Monday, the Am I the Drama? rapper opened up to her fans about how she’s preparing for life after delivery, saying it’ll be just as structured as her recent album rollout.
“I can’t fucking wait to give birth because I have made a very strict schedule,” she told her Bardi Gang. “You see how I was on a strict schedule while I was doing the rollout? Well, that’s exactly how I’m going to be when I give birth. I want to be a bad bitch. I feel really beautiful being pregnant, but I want to go back to bad bitching. So I need to tighten up my body.”
She quickly clarified what she meant by “tighten up,” making it clear it’s not about going under the knife. “I’m not talking about surgery,” Cardi said. “I can’t do surgery. And I don’t really have to do surgery because… when I usually do surgery, I take fat to put it in some spaces—but I’m fat everywhere.”
The rapper went on to say she plans to drop some weight before heading on tour. Cardi, 33, is due in early 2026 and will kick off her 31-date Little Miss Drama Tour in February, starting in Palm Desert, California, with stops in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Austin, Chicago, and more before wrapping up in Atlanta on April 17.
Her sophomore album Am I the Drama? dropped on September 19 and debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, with 17 tracks charting on the Hot 100 at once—led by her Kehlani-assisted single “Safe,” which debuted at No. 26.
