Is Keyshia Ka’Oir subtly responding to Nicki Minaj’s rant about her?
Gucci Mane’s wife took to Instagram on Tuesday (Oct. 21), posting a series of photos rocking a sleek black leather outfit. She paired the post with Young Thug and Cardi B’s track “On The News” and captioned it, “I’m like nah… since when… out here embarrassing.”
With the timing and song choice, many fans speculated that Ka’Oir’s post was a subtle response to Minaj.
Her upload came just hours after Minaj went on a fiery rant Monday night, shortly after Ka’Oir and Gucci’s appearance on The Breakfast Club.
“Gucci’s wife has been trying to be me for years,” Minaj wrote. “Been craving the spotlight for years. She’s just there to keep Gucci sedated. Gucci can’t stand Debra Antney. They don’t want Deb around me. But she’s with me now.”
(Debra Antney, the well-known music manager and mother of Waka Flocka Flame, has previously worked with both Gucci and Minaj.)
During The Breakfast Club interview, Ka’Oir called out unnamed artists for not giving Gucci Mane the credit he deserves for influencing their careers. Meanwhile, Gucci mentioned that he had apologized to Minaj over a past online outburst involving personal allegations about their relationship.
That same night, Minaj took a jab at Jay-Z by sharing an AI-generated photo of him sporting a pink bob wig, oversized shades, a cropped pink tee, a diamond “Queen” chain, and a stomach tattoo that read “3.27.26” — the release date for her upcoming album.
The Pink Friday rapper then doubled down with an AI video of Jay-Z transformed into various characters, set to Chaka Khan’s “I’m Every Woman.”
