Rick Ross is getting ready to say goodbye to one of his lavish homes.
According to the Miami New Times, the rapper and business mogul has put his stunning Southwest Ranches mansion on the market for $6.5 million—almost double the amount he paid for it back in 2021.
Located at 16800 Berkshire Court in South Florida, the sprawling estate boasts six bedrooms and seven bathrooms across 8,675 square feet. The mansion’s kitchen is a showstopper, complete with a stainless-steel electric stove, engraved cabinets, and a chandelier hanging above a marble-topped island.
Designed for entertaining, the home also includes a private movie theater, an elegant dining room, and a billiard room featuring its own bar.
Before Ross purchased it, the property belonged to former NBA star and current basketball coach Amar’e Stoudemire. Since moving in, Rozay has made several upgrades, including adding a new roof in 2023 and a nine-car garage.
While Ross prepares to move on from Broward County, other stars are heading to South Florida. Back in September, reports revealed that The Weeknd had dropped a staggering $54.9 million on a waterfront mansion in Coral Gables, complete with its own yacht dock and an infinity pool.
Ross bought his South Florida home the same year he released his last solo album, Richer Than I Ever Been. His main residence, known as “The Promise Land,” sits in Fayetteville, Georgia, where he hosts his famous annual car and bike show.
