Adin Ross is firing back at the class action allegations brought against him, Drake, and online gambling platform Stake, calling the claims “bullshit.”
In a clip from a recent livestream, Ross brushed off the controversy, telling viewers there was “nothing to talk about” and encouraging them to look at the court documents themselves.
“I will tell you guys this,” he said. “Read through the case yourself. It’s fucking bullshit.”
He doubled down moments later, repeating, “It’s bullshit. It’s fucking bullshit.”
As previously reported, Drake, and Stake in a class action lawsuit filed by a Missouri resident. The complaint accuses the company of using “deceptive trade practices” that have caused “severe harm to the vulnerable” in the state—particularly “individuals prone to gambling addiction and younger consumers.” The filing further alleges that these groups are “targeted” through Stake’s “free play” marketing tactics.
“To wit, when Ross and Drake purport to gamble online with [Stake], they often do not do so with their own money despite telling the public in Missouri and elsewhere the opposite,” the petition reads. “This fact is not shared with the public in Missouri by Stake and/or Ross and/or Drake. These acts are deceptive, fraudulent, and unfair and violate Missouri law.”
Streamer xQc, though not listed in the lawsuit, has also weighed in on the situation. Taking to X, he claimed the case “will go nowhere,” dismissing it as “just pandering to the public perception.” He went a step further, saying that anyone “celebrating” this kind of legal action is simply “misinformed.”

As of now, Drake has not publicly commented on the lawsuit. In a statement to SiGMA News, a Stake representative denied the allegations, saying the company has yet to be officially served.
“We have not been served at this time,” a spokesperson told the outlet. “We reject allegations that have been made in the media in relation to this potential claim and will vigorously defend this and all such claims.”
In other news, Drake recently made a surprise appearance at Vybz Kartel’s first-ever Toronto show, while fans continue to wait for updates on the status of his long-teased album Iceman.
