Big Sean is pushing back against a blogger’s claim about Jhené Aiko amid recent breakup rumors the couple has already denied.
The rapper replied to a post from blogger Shadaya Knight, who alleged that Sean refused to marry Aiko because she had cheated on her ex-husband, producer Dot Da Genius, with him.
“On some real shit, I don’t like this energy,” Sean wrote. “I don’t mind whoever saying wild shit about me because I have a sense of humor and don’t give a fuck. It’s frustrating having people saying negative things towards her though. God bless.”

After The Shade Room shared Big Sean’s comment on Instagram, Jhené Aiko jumped into the comments to set the record straight about her past marriage.
“Let’s wrap this up! Me and Dot eloped in Vegas after a few months of dating while I was still grieving the death of my brother,” she wrote. “Dot did not abuse me and is not a bad guy. We had a short back and forth on Twitter that created rumors, but ultimately separated amicably due to the realization we were practically strangers who made an impulsive decision.”
Aiko went on to clarify that she and Sean became a couple only after “years of an amazing friendship.”
Big Sean also recently addressed breakup rumors after a fan on X accused him of leaving Aiko for another woman.
“You broke up with the queen over a powdered donut, my n***a?” the fan asked. Sean replied, “No, it’s pretty funny how the internet can give life to things with no confirmation. I’m sending love to everyone tho.”
Earlier, Sean shut down similar rumors when a video circulated showing him beside another woman.
“Yeah unfortunately I never met this person in my life lol,” he commented. “This girl was standing next to @hitboy who is cut out the video. I don’t know why the fuck she was so close to me though. I didn’t see it at all til I saw this video and can understand the frustrations. Smh [crying laughing emoji] But I don’t even know this person at all.”
