Lil Uzi Vert is facing serious allegations of harassment and workplace misconduct in a lawsuit filed by an alleged former personal assistant.

According to court documents, the woman—identified as Jane Doe—claims she endured “emotional distress and mental anguish” while working for Uzi (born Symere Bysil Woods) during his tours. She also accuses the rapper of making “unwelcome sexual demands and advances.”

Roc Nation, which manages Uzi, and his company Uzivert, LLC are both listed as defendants.

In the filing, Doe says she was offered the assistant position in 2022 after impressing Uzi while working at a Balenciaga store in Los Angeles. She alleges that her time working for him was marked by behavior ranging from “intense and demanding” to “hostile and inappropriate,” claiming Uzi harassed her with sexual messages and advances.

The complaint includes alleged text messages from Uzi such as: “I sent you sumthin on vanish,” “Come rub me down before you leave,” “I’m by myself right now send me something,” and “Let me see that booty.” Another reportedly read, “You are more than my assistant. You are my bitch.”

Doe claims she often worked extreme hours—sometimes up to 30 hours straight—while touring and was expected to be available around the clock. She also says she frequently paid for job-related expenses like meals, flight Wi-Fi, and supplies without reimbursement.

When she asked Uzi’s manager, Amina Diop, for overtime or reimbursement, Doe alleges she was told she was only entitled to her $50,000 base salary.

In early 2023, she was added to Roc Nation’s management team as an artist management coordinator with a $100,000 salary “to start,” following a meeting with CEO Desiree Perez. Doe claims she never received promised performance reviews or pay adjustments.

The same issues reportedly continued during Uzi’s Pink Tape Tour in 2023. Doe also alleges that Uzi’s girlfriend, rapper JT (born Jatavia Johnson), began using her as an assistant without additional compensation.

She says she feared refusing Uzi’s advances—especially when he was allegedly under the influence of drugs like Xanax or Oxycontin—would cost her job. The stress, she claims, led her to begin therapy in January 2024.

By 2025, Doe said the working conditions became unbearable, forcing her to resign in what she described as a “constructive discharge.”

The lawsuit sought unspecified punitive damages for sexual harassment, unpaid overtime, unreimbursed expenses, and emotional and psychological distress.
