Cardi B has officially become a mom of four, welcoming her first child with New England Patriots star Stefon Diggs. Per TMZ, the baby arrived last week.
On Thursday, the rapper shared the news, introducing her fourth child — affectionately called Baby Brim.
“My life has always been a combination of different chapters and different seasons,” Cardi wrote on Instagram. “My last chapter was the beginning of a new season. Starting over is never easy but it’s been so worth it! I brought new music and a new album to the world! A new baby into my world, and one more reason to be the best version of me, one more reason to love me more than anything else or anyone else so I can continue giving my babies the love and life they deserve.”
On Thursday, buzz started building that Cardi had already welcomed her new baby after the Bronx rapper was spotted hitting a New Jersey gym. TMZ reported that footage filmed in Tenafly seemed to show her on her phone, with witnesses saying she had just wrapped a workout with two trainers.
Cardi first revealed she was expecting during a September interview with Gayle King on CBS Mornings.
“I’m having a baby with my boyfriend Stefon Diggs,” she said at the time. “I’m excited, I’m happy. I feel like I’m in a good space. I feel very strong. I feel very powerful that I’m doing all this work, but I’m doing all this work while I’m creating a baby.”
At the 2025 CFDA Fashion Awards, Stefon Diggs told People that they were preparing to welcome a baby boy.
“It’s a boy. That’s enough for me,” Diggs told the outlet. “I can’t wait to make him do push-ups and sit-ups and run around.”
Her pregnancy reveal arrived just days before the drop of her new album Am I the Drama? and shortly after she announced her Little Miss Drama Tour. Even with fans expressing concern, Cardi made it clear the show will go on.
“As soon as I give birth, tour rehearsal starts,” she said. “I don’t come from weak women.”
Cardi shares her other three kids with her estranged husband, Offset: daughter Kulture, born in 2018; son Wave, born in September 2021; and their youngest, Blossom, who arrived last September.
