N3on is trending for all the wrong reasons after a lie detector session on his YouTube channel seemed to call him out when a question about Black people came up.
The video, posted Tuesday and featuring Tekashi 6ix9ine, Adin Ross, Antonio Brown, and comedian/rapper BenDaDonnn, shows N3on hooked up to a polygraph while his crew throws questions at him.
It started off playful, with Adin asking, “Are you an Indian?” N3on said, “Yes,” and the machine didn’t flag anything.
Then things took a turn when BenDaDonnn, who is Black, stood up and asked, “Do you not like Black people?” N3on quickly replied, “I love ’em.”
Adin jumped in and reminded him the answers needed to be “yes or no,” so he repeated the question: “Do you like Black people?”
N3on answered, “Yes,” but the polygraph examiner instantly gave a dramatic thumbs-down, signaling the machine detected a lie—sending N3on into a full panic.
“No! That looks so bad!” he shouted as everyone around him cracked up— even the usually stone-faced polygraph examiner couldn’t hold back a smile. BenDaDonnn grabbed his things and joked, “N3on, I knew I should have been whipped your ass.”
The moment also sparked conversations online, especially since the American Psychological Association has long stated that polygraph tests aren’t reliable for detecting lies and have “little basis for [their] validity.”
The video drew even more attention because former NFL star Antonio Brown was present during the shoot. It’s unclear when the lie detector session was filmed, but Brown is currently facing up to 30 years in prison on an attempted murder charge. He has pleaded not guilty and was released last week on a $25,000 bond.
