Justin Bieber Goes Viral After Helping a Stranded Man Whose Car Broke Down

Justin Bieber has long shown love and kindness to others, and now he’s gone viral again for stepping in to help a stranger whose car broke down.

In a TikTok posted on Wednesday (November 19), artist Buku was stunned to realize it was the pop star who had stopped to assist him, asking, “Are you Justin Bieber?”

The two-time Grammy winner replied, “Yeah. What’s up, bro? Justin,” before shaking hands with the stranded driver. “I love you, bro,” Buku said, mentioning that he “was already recording” when JB pulled over to help.

The video went on to show Bieber asking what happened to Buku’s car, mixed with clips of the artist sitting on the roadside. “When your car breaks down… And you’ve been trying so hard in life. It’s just tough,” read the caption on Buku’s post.

“You move to the big city trying to make it like everybody else,” Buku said.

He also mentioned watching people in Lamborghinis drive past him before realizing Bieber was the one who actually stopped. “I might be tripping but I think Justin Bieber just stopped to help,” he said.

The TikTok then looped back to the beginning, where Buku told Bieber that his “life is fucked.” The clip ended with Buku sharing that the SWAG II star prayed with him before leaving.

“Thanks for the prayer and good energy JB,” Buku wrote.

Ironically, seven years ago, Bieber himself dealt with car trouble in the Watts area of Los Angeles, where he passed the time by singing for residents and doing push-ups.

The pop star has definitely been in a generous spirit lately, especially since launching his Twitch channel and hopping on livestreams more often.

Earlier this month, he also scored four nominations for the 2026 Grammys, including Album of the Year for SWAG.
