Bunnie Xo is on her way to the big house — and she’s not exactly being quiet about it.
On the latest episode of her Dumb Blonde podcast, which dropped Friday, November 21, the content creator and longtime wife of Jelly Roll told listeners she’ll be turning herself in after an old traffic issue came back to bite her.
“You guys, I’m going to jail,” Bunnie said right at the top of the episode, adding that sharing the news was basically second nature. “Why would I not tell the internet this? I tell the internet everything anyways… your girl got in trouble with the law.”
According to Parade, everything snowballed after she was recently pulled over and told her driver’s license had been suspended.
The suspension was traced back to an unpaid ticket from 2020 — one she allegedly got while driving home from a family trip in Alabama, but doesn’t remember at all. “Do I remember getting this ticket? Absolutely not,” she told listeners.
Once she found out about it, she quickly paid the fine, assuming that would solve everything — but it didn’t.
Days later, after being pulled over again — this time for speeding, a charge she joked she couldn’t “confirm or deny” — another officer informed her that her license was still not valid.
“He’s like, ‘Sometime this week, you need to go down to the jail and book yourself in,’” Bunnie recalled. She stressed that she had no idea she’d been driving on a suspended license for years, calling it an “arrestable offense” she never knowingly committed.
Even though the mix-up now means she has to check in at what she dubbed “the slammer, the pokey, the who-knows-what,” Bunnie is choosing to face it with the same blunt honesty she brings to her podcast.
“I got my lawyer on it, whatever,” she said. “It looks like your girl is gonna have to go book herself in. If I do — you guys have seen all my past mugshots — I’m going in glammed the f–k up, baby, and I’m going to vlog it.”
