Freebandz rapper — and brother to Future — FBG Casino has been taken into custody and charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute fentanyl.
Casino, whose real name is Rico Deville Buice, was arrested last Friday (Nov. 14) alongside co-defendant David Estevan Montillo Diaz. FBI and DEA agents raided an Airbnb in Forest Park, Georgia, where prosecutors say Buice tried to flee through a side door.
Inside the home, agents reportedly uncovered 21 kilograms of fentanyl — with at least one brick stamped with a Louis Vuitton logo — along with $300,000 stuffed inside a cardboard box. They also found another $80,000 tucked into a Goyard bag believed to belong to Buice, appearing identical to a bag he’s shown carrying on his Instagram. Authorities say he also had $4,000 in cash on him at the time of his arrest.

Prosecutors argue that “the totality of the circumstances here strongly suggest” Diaz was in the process of selling the fentanyl to Buice.
“This operation is an example of the power of the Task Force in disrupting deadly drug trafficking operations,” said Paul Brown, Special Agent in Charge of FBI Atlanta. “The seizure of 21 kilograms of fentanyl and over $380,000 in drug proceeds is a direct hit to those who seek to poison our communities. The FBI, in partnership with our law enforcement colleagues, will relentlessly pursue these criminals and hold them accountable.”
Prosecutors are pushing for Buice — who remains in custody — to be denied bail. They point to the seriousness of the charges, which carry a possible life sentence or even the death penalty, and say there is “a serious risk” he could flee. They also claim the rapper hasn’t been honest about his financial situation, noting that while he told authorities he earns $2,166.67 a month as a studio manager, he was recently living in a $4 million home and has three vehicles registered in his name, including a Mercedes and a BMW.
