The Game shared some intense thoughts about what he would do to the suspect accused of killing 15-year-old Celeste Rivas.
During an appearance on The Cruz Show, the rapper spoke on the case — especially the early claims that she was decapitated, which Los Angeles Police Captain Scot Williams later clarified on Nov. 24 was not true. He reacted from the perspective of imagining himself as the girl’s father.
“The thing I read that disturbed me,” he said (around the 39-minute mark). “My daughter is 15. The girl was 15. The decapitation. Let me be the voice for all real fathers who love their daughters. If I was the father of that girl you decapitated, I’m decapitating who did it before I leave the earth. That type of shit ain’t cool man.”
“That’s not going to fix it, but it’s going to bring something back,” he continued. “I don’t like that, man. One thing I hate more than anything is men violating women or children.”
On Nov. 18, the LAPD confirmed that singer D4vd is being looked at as a possible suspect in Rivas’ death. After her remains were discovered in the trunk of a Tesla registered to him in September, investigators have been trying to piece together who was responsible and what exactly happened.
Authorities believe Rivas may have been dead since spring and suspect more than one person could have been involved in disposing of her body.
Rivas had run away from her Lake Elsinore home multiple times and was reported missing three separate times in 2024.
During that period, she appeared online with D4vd and was allegedly living in a rental home with him. Detectives have since searched his Hollywood Hills residence and seized electronic evidence.
A source connected to the LAPD claims that D4vd has been uncooperative since the early stages of the investigation. Although he hasn’t been interviewed yet, he is now reportedly being considered a suspect.
