Celina Powell Says a Suspended NBA Player Hooked Her Up With Courtside Seats at a Miami Heat Game

Celina Powell accidentally let it slip that a suspended NBA player has been footing the bill for her courtside seats at Miami Heat home games.

During a Twitch stream in Miami on Sunday, Powell appeared to be flirting with Braeden as they discussed their supposed date plans. When he brought up how they previously struggled to settle on a time, Celina explained she “had an appointment I had to go to.”

“At the Heat game?” he asked.

After a short pause, Braeden pointed out that Powell and her friend are “courtside at the Heat game too much.”

“Who keep getting y’all tickets to these [tickets]?” he asked.

Celina admitted she was the one receiving the courtside tickets, and when pressed further—“An NBA player on the team?”—she responded, “No, he’s suspended,” instantly realizing she’d said too much.

Braeden assumed the suspended player must be on the Heat roster, which sent the chat into overdrive with guesses pointing at Terry Rozier.

Rozier was arrested in October after a federal investigation into suspicious betting activity tied to him leaving a 2023 game early due to a foot injury. He’s currently charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud and conspiracy to commit money laundering, and was released earlier today on a $3 million bond. His attorney, James Trusty, says they plan to file a motion to dismiss the case.

“I didn’t mean on the Heat!” Powell insisted multiple times.

Celina made it clear Rozier wasn’t the suspended NBA player she was referring to — leaving fans to wonder who it actually is.

Powell and her friend were spotted courtside on the Jumbotron during Miami’s home game against the Sacramento Kings on Saturday.
