6ix9ine Claps Back After 21 Savage Calls Him “Rat Boy,” Drops Skit Mocking 21’s British Roots

6ix9ine wasn’t here for 21 Savage calling him a “rat boy.”

During 21’s interview on Perspektives With Bank, he took a not-so-subtle shot at the rainbow-haired rapper, implying that online backlash effectively ended 6ix9ine’s career.

“The rat boy who was wearing lace fronts and shit,” Savage said around the 37:30 mark. “The n***a who told in New York, man, who told on all them n***as in New York, the Mexican, the Internet took his shit down. He can’t go. Ain’t no gas in the car, n***a, what you mean he just stopped?”

Tekashi wasted no time firing back. On Friday, he hopped on Instagram with a deliberately petty skit, dressing up as a British judge while another actor pretended to be 21.

“You got to understand, I need to be from Atlanta,” the faux 21 says in the clip. “I need to be a gangster rapper. I can’t be Central Cee and Skepta and these guys. Nobody takes them seriously… I know Jay-Z. I can call Jay-Z. I’m begging you, I’ll do anything. You can have my chain.”

In the skit, 6ix9ine — dressed as a magistrate — chases down the actor playing 21 Savage, tackles him, and then the real Tekashi steps in, telling the fake 21, “You’ll never be an American,” before slapping him.

The bit was a clear dig at 21’s immigration history. Back in 2019, ICE detained him for overstaying his visa and revealing his UK citizenship. A four-year legal battle followed, and 21 finally secured his green card in 2023.

6ix9ine has mocked 21’s immigration status before. In late September, the “Gummo” rapper told DJ Akademiks, “I’m a US citizen, that’s what separates us. I have a blue passport. 21 Savage not from here.”

Meanwhile, 69 is preparing to return to jail. Earlier this month, he was sentenced to three months in prison and an additional year of supervised release after violating the terms of his release with possession of cocaine and MDMA, along with a battery incident inside a Florida mall. His sentence begins Jan. 6, 2026.

This week, he even posted an IG reel addressing his upcoming prison time.

On Friday, 21 dropped his new album What Happened to the Streets?, packed with features from Young Nudy, Latto, Drake, GloRilla, G Herbo, Metro Boomin, and Lil Baby. The project arrives on the heels of 2024’s American Dream.
