Druski has spoken out following the dismissal of what he described as a “frivolous lawsuit” that named him alongside Sean “Diddy” Combs and Odell Beckham Jr.
According to court documents, the lawsuit—originally filed in October 2024 by plaintiff Ashley Parham—was dismissed due to a “failure to prosecute.” The documents state that the plaintiffs were warned “several times” that the case would be thrown out “if they continued to miss the required deadlines.”
The order, signed by United States District Judge Rita F. Lin, further noted:
“The barrier to obtaining counsel therefore does not appear to be Plaintiffs’ capacity to seek counsel, but the willingness of counsel to be retained in the matter. There is no indication that this barrier is likely to resolve.”
The dismissal was issued without prejudice, meaning the plaintiffs could refile the lawsuit “if and when” they secure legal representation, “so long as other legal requirements are met.”
Druski said the evidence he submitted clearly proved his innocence, emphasizing that he “never knew” the accuser.
“It was only a matter of time before this frivolous lawsuit against me was dismissed,” Druski said. “The evidence I submitted overwhelmingly showed that I was innocent. It proved I never knew this individual and was never even in the same state at the time of the alleged incident. From the beginning, I knew these disgusting lies would be exposed as nothing more than a malicious money grab.”
He continued, “Through it all, I’m truly grateful for the support of my family, friends, fans and business partners who stood by my side, even as these individuals attempted to destroy my reputation for greed. I pray for the real victims of assault. We can’t allow these clout-chasing antics to deter true survivors from coming forward and speaking out against their abusers in the future.”
As previously reported, Parham alleged that Diddy, Druski, and Odell Beckham Jr. were involved in a sexual assault she claims occurred in California in 2018. In April of this year, it was noted that phone and bank records appeared to back Druski’s account that he was “broke living with my mom [in Georgia] without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation.”
The following month, reports indicated that Druski was pursuing sanctions against Parham and her legal team. Both Diddy and OBJ have also denied the allegations.
Most recently, a judge ruled there was “no reasonable factual basis” to support claims that Druski was involved in the alleged assault.
