Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt have welcomed their first child together, a baby girl named Scottie Rose Hewitt Davidson, born on December 12, 2025.
Hewitt shared the happy news on Instagram on Thursday (December 18), posting a photo of the couple cradling their newborn. “Our perfect angel girl arrived 12/12/2025,” the 29-year-old model wrote. “My best work yet. I am absolutely overflowing with love, gratitude, and disbelief.” Davidson, 32, chimed in via the comments with a simple message: “Wu-Tang forever.”

The Instagram post featured a series of personal moments of the new parents with their baby girl, whose face was hidden behind a white heart emoji in every photo. The carousel included hospital images, cozy cuddling shots, and a sweet picture of mother and daughter standing against a snowy background.
The baby’s name appears to be a tribute to Davidson’s late father, Scott Davidson, a New York City firefighter who lost his life during the September 11, 2001 attacks when Pete was just seven years old.
Hewitt first shared news of her pregnancy in July through Instagram, posting photos and videos of her holding Davidson’s hand and viewing a sonogram together. “Welp, now everyone knows we had sex,” she joked in the caption.
Not long after, Davidson spoke about the pregnancy on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on July 22, telling Jimmy Fallon, “Anybody who knows me knows it’s my dream to be a dad, so I’m so excited. Elsie’s excited,” according to Today. He added that becoming a father had already changed how he sees things, saying, “Everything else doesn’t really matter anymore.”
In March, a source confirmed to People that Davidson and Hewitt were dating after they were spotted together in Palm Beach, Florida. By May, another source told the outlet that the couple had moved in together, dividing their time between Davidson’s upstate New York home and a Brooklyn brownstone.
Davidson also told E! News in July that becoming a dad “has been my dream since I was little,” adding, “When you have dreams when you’re little and then you get older, sometimes those feelings change — that didn’t change for me.” He added that advice from fellow comedians Adam Sandler and Colin Jost helped him feel more ready for fatherhood.
