Sophie Rain is feeling the sting after placing a massive bet on Jake Paul.
The 21-year-old OnlyFans creator addressed Jake’s loss to Anthony Joshua with a post on her X account following the fight on Friday (Dec. 19).

“I lost $500,000 betting jake paul to win tonight’s fight. time to go make a new OF video,” she joked on Saturday.
Jake Paul suffered a loss to Anthony Joshua in the sixth round of their scheduled eight-round fight at Miami’s Kaseya Center, which streamed live on Netflix.
Ahead of the bout, Paul talked up the matchup during an interview with BBC Sports, predicting a win and describing the fight as “biblical,” likening it to “reimagining David beating Goliath.” Instead, Joshua stopped him in the ring, leaving Paul with a serious jaw injury.

Paul later shared an update with fans on X, writing, “Just got out of surgery. Everything went smooth. Thanks for all the love. Lots of pain and stiffness. Gotta eat liquids for 7 days. S/o to the amazing team at Miami University hospital. Everyone was so gracious and caring. @ArmaniiJayy took amazing care of me with @iam_loriv.”
Still, despite Paul’s loss, it doesn’t appear that Rain’s failed wager will put her in any serious financial trouble.
In a post she shared on X last month, Rain reacted to a comparison between her reported 2024 OnlyFans earnings of $43 million and LeBron James’ reported $48.7 million salary for the 2024–2025 season.
“did i beat him this year? $52M,” she wrote.
Back in 2024, Rain also made headlines after claiming that her biggest spender sent her $4.7 million over the course of 11 months.
