Blueface has opened up about whether he’d be comfortable with his daughter dating someone similar to him.
The “Thotiana” rapper addressed the topic during a sit-down with Shannon Sharpe on a new episode of Club Shay Shay, saying it’s something he’s “asked all the time.”
“I always say yes, just because I know myself,” Blueface explained. “The ladies I deal with, I have their best interest, I’m not dealing with them to bring them down.”
He added, “Social media is what it is, but in real life, I come with the best intentions for these females — whatever they need. Babysitter, rent… emotionally, spiritually. I’d hope my daughter could find someone who can at least do that. Nobody’s perfect.”
Blueface shares his daughter, Journey, with his ex Jaidyn Alexis, and the two also have a son, Javaughn. He also has a child with Chrisean Rock — a son named Chrisean Jr.
The rapper’s relationships with the mothers of his children have been rocky. In November, he called out both Jaidyn and Chrisean on X, claiming they “left me in prison stranded for dead.” Still, he acknowledged Chrisean, saying she “looked out for me more than Jaidyn,” and alleged that Jaidyn stopped supporting him within the first week of his sentence.
Blueface’s relationships with both women were on-and-off and at times overlapped. He was involved with Jaidyn for nearly a decade, during which they welcomed two children. The pair eventually got engaged in 2023, but Jaidyn called off the engagement the following year.
He was first linked romantically to Chrisean in 2020 and appeared to cut ties with her in July 2022. The following year, she gave birth to their son, and the two still seemed connected while Blueface was incarcerated.
After serving nearly two years behind bars for a battery incident and a probation violation, Blueface was released in November 2025 after becoming eligible for parole.
