Blueface is reportedly on the hook for more than $130,000 after failing to pay a default judgment tied to a defamation lawsuit filed in 2003.
According to My News LA, Jackilyn Martinez submitted writs of execution to the Los Angeles and Sacramento County sheriff’s departments on December 24, showing that the total amount owed—after interest—has climbed to $131,655.
The filing comes after Judge Peter Hernandez ordered that royalties collected on Blueface’s behalf by BMI and the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers be redirected to Martinez to help cover the outstanding judgment.
In the lawsuit, Martinez alleged that Blueface defamed her through online posts suggesting that her 2-year-old child with Soulja Boy was actually his. She also stated that she had not been intimate with Blueface since 2018.
Under the original ruling, Martinez was awarded $123,245, including $100,00 for pain and suffering.
Blueface has reportedly not taken part in the case and appears to have ignored the judgment entirely.
