Drake Becomes the Most Streamed Rapper on Christmas Day

Drake clearly won Christmas Day — no matter what gifts he unwrapped.

According to reports from multiple sources, Drizzy was the most streamed rapper on December 25, pulling in over 40 million streams, and that’s without even having a Christmas-themed song in rotation.

No matter how big his streaming numbers were on Christmas, Drizzy still leaned fully into the holiday spirit with his Christmas With Drake livestream. During the fan-focused broadcast, Drake shocked his friend and fellow streamer BenDaDonnn by gifting him an $800,000 Rolls-Royce Spectre Mansory.

Drake kicked off the stream’s festivities with a message for Ben, who wasn’t in the room at the time.

“So, yeah, we’re going to gamble tonight, but first, it’s the holidays. My brother, Ben, was incredible last night. [He] flew here to do all these streams with me, really. He’s been having a great year,” Drake said. “Because it’s Christmas [and] the holiday season, I bought Ben a gift today.”

“Ben doesn’t know yet, but we’re gonna go downstairs and surprise him,” he added.

Moments later, Drake linked up with Ben and showed him several vehicles wrapped in camo. The final reveal, however, left Ben completely stunned.

“You know what, though? When my twin coming, twin gotta come trim with me,” Drake said as an all-black Rolls-Royce pulled up. As the realization set in, Ben jokingly confronted Drake. “You troll too fucking much dawg,” he said. “Bro, stop playing.”

Once Drake hugged him, it finally sank in, and Ben erupted in celebration over his new luxury ride.

Drake has a history of spreading holiday cheer. Last year, his generosity showed through during his “Drizzmas Giveaway” livestream, where he helped three families with cars, covered a year’s rent for two people, sent a couple on their dream vacation, and gifted two others $250,000.
